Peggy Jacona brings a personal touch to the business of real estate. She cares deeply about her clients, and it shows in the time she takes to listen and understand their needs. She seeks to not only help them accomplish their real estate goals, but to make the process enjoyable for them. Peggy does not limit her practice to one community, but instead serves buyers and sellers in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware Counties.

 

In order to better understand and serve her clients, she continuously takes classes and attends seminars to remain current with market conditions. She has earned the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations from the National Association of Realtors®. Educating her clients is another priority. She wants them to understand the process in order to lessen their stress and make good decisions for themselves. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations, so they feel confident referring family, friends and business associates to her for their real estate needs.

Maintaining long-term relationships is important to Peggy. She stays in touch regularly by popping by for a quick visit, sending monthly mailings, e-reports, and home anniversary cards, and by hosting Client Appreciation Parties. She’s also glad to share her contact list of reputable contractors, vendors and service providers – a list that is invaluable to new homeowners.
